The Katana Saya Olivewood Carving fork makes the perfect pair with the carving knife and is ideal for use on all joints of meat. The two prongs feature 67 layers of VG-10 Damascus steel. The VG-10 steel is one of the most premium steels in Japanese culinary products. It is the highest quality steel with a high carbon content that gives it exceptional toughness.
