COVID-19 Statement from Milly's Store
The Milly's website remains open for business, however there is a longer processing & delivery timescale on all orders.
We are operating a small team to comply with the social distancing measures in place, but endeavour to process and despatch all orders within 2-5 working days. Please note, at peak trading times, we may take a little longer.
We can still offer an Express Delivery service for Next Working Day delivery, subject to stock availability. Please note, we must be notified via email, by 1pm on the working day prior to the delivery. The express delivery charge to most UK Mainland postcodes is £6.95.
We will be operating Monday - Friday, between 9am - 5pm. This will mean no order(s) will be despatched over the weekend.
Our customer care team are now working from home and our phone lines are currently closed, so the best way to contact Milly's is by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.

We are following all the relevant advice to keep our team and customers safe and working with our partnered couriers to help avoid signing for parcels.
Royal Mail and our nominated couriers have adopted "contact free delivery", and customers will not be asked to sign or use the handheld units.
The delivery driver will knock on your door and step back, allowing you to retrieve your parcel.
The delivery driver will ask your name and mark that the parcel has been received.
Where applicable, some parcels may be left safe; this excludes all bladed items, which will still be sent using Royal Mail or DPD age verification delivery service.
For all orders, we have taken all the necessary measures to ensure your order(s) are processed and despatched in a way that mitigates any risk. We have stepped up the level of cleaning on site to achieve even higher standards of cleanliness.
We are maintaining a safe social distance in our warehouse environment and our despatch area has been expanded to ensure all workstations are more than 2 meters apart.
