Returns & Refunds
Because it's Christmas, we're giving you a little longer to return any unwanted purchases.
Any orders placed between the 6th of November, up to the 21st of December, can be returned for exchange or refund, up to the end of January 2024.
All we ask is that item(s) are unused and in all the original packaging.
We would always recommend checking over your purchase, well in advance of Christmas, to make sure it is as expected and to avoid any disappointment.

Millys Store is committed to selling high-quality products but we understand that there may be a time when you need to return something you’ve bought. We offer a Money Back Guarantee and we will be more than happy to issue a full refund or offer an exchange within 30 days of purchase provided the item(s) are in as sold condition, including all original packaging. To initiate your return please send us an email to email@example.com, with full transaction details and the reason for the return.
Gift list purchases may be exchanged by the Recipients prior to the Gift List being closed.
A full refund, including the outbound postage and packaging charges applied to your order, will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 working days of receipt of the returned item(s). You will be informed by email when the refund has been processed.
We will refund the delivery charge applied to your order, provided you return the order in full. If however you are only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items and not the outbound postage charge.
We do not refund any outbound delivery charges for orders dispatched for delivery outside of the UK. The Company will not be responsible for any losses incurred by the customer or recipients in non-recoverable carriage and/or importation costs associated with the delivery of any goods or their replacement howsoever caused.

Unfortunately we do not offer a Freepost returns procedure, therefore you must organise the return of any unwanted item(s) at your own expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation, so please ensure you contact us first!
We advise you obtain proof of return from your carrier or recorded delivery through the Post Office.
Please take into consideration that all the sizes stated on our website are approximate and the colour(s) in product images may appear slightly different depending on the resolution and settings of your screen, of which we cannot be held responsible.
None of the above conditions will affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the goods are delivered faulty or there was any error on our behalf.
Exclusions from Millys Store Returns Policy
For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following items unless they are returned unused and in their original packaging:
• Mattress Toppers
• Mattress and Bedding Protectors
Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
Right of Cancellation
We are unable to amend your order once it has been dispatched. To cancel your order under the Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you can refuse delivery or follow our returns process within 14 days of receipt of your order, you then have a further 14 days to return your order for a full refund, including the standard delivery charge applied to your order.
To exercise your right of cancellation, simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with full transaction details and the reason for the return.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the product(s) have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the product(s) to us at your own cost (unless we delivered the product(s) in error or if the product(s) are damaged or defective when delivered). The product(s) must be returned to the address shown above. You must take all reasonable care to ensure that no damage is caused in the meantime or while in transit.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, and provided the product(s) have been received in an acceptable condition, we will refund you within 3-5 working days, any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card or other account.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you buy from us online, your consumer rights entitle you to cancel your order and obtain a full refund if you request one within 14 days after delivery (or if your order contains a number of products that are delivered separately, from receipt of the last item).
We will refund the cost of the product(s) including the standard delivery charge applied to your order. We may make a deduction from the amount refunded to you if the product(s) have been used, parts are missing or if the original packaging has been damaged.
Your statutory rights in respect of faulty, damaged or missing items or products which are not as described are not affected.
ADR - Alternative Dispute ResolutionIf you have made a complaint and have exhausted all the options provided by Millys Store, or you are not satisfied with the resolution we have provided, you have the right to refer your dispute to Alternative Dispute Resolution. You can find a list of Trading Standards approved ADR providers here.
Alternatively there is an EU wide ADR mechanism available to consumers which you can access here.
