Global are commemorating their 35th anniversary with a limited edition range of knives. The Global 35th Anniversary 8cm Peeling Knife is based on Global's Classic GSF-15 Peeling Knife and features the Global 35th Anniversary logo on the blade.
The 8cm blade is particularly suited to smaller kitchen tasks such as the peeling and cutting fruit although it is strong enough to get into and separate joints of meat. Made in Japan using Global's exclusive Cromova 18 high carbon stainless steel, the blade is sharpened to an acute 15° cutting edge ensuring that the blade stays sharper for longer. In addition to looking stunning, the smooth contours and seamless construction of the Global 35th Anniversary 8cm Peeling Knife prevents dirt and food from building up on the surface, giving greater hygiene. Blade length: 8cm. Hand wash only.
