Although happy to remain simply a bread knife, this Global Sai knife is certainly capable of a great deal more. Use it for carving a variety of cold or hot roast meats and for slicing tougher skinned fruits such as aubergines, peppers or tomatoes.
Because of the serrated nature of the blade of this Global Sai bread knife, we do not recommend attempting to sharpen it yourself as this could result in damage to the blade and to the sharpener.
