Just as useful for all chopping, mincing and slicing tasks as a cook's knife, this 13.5cm Global Sai Santoku knife offers a deeper blade to help to scoop up whatever is on your board. Designed to work best with smaller quantities of ingredients, this Santoku style of knife is the Japanese equivalent of the 14cm cook's knife in the Global Sai range.
A medium length companion to the larger Global Sai SAI-04 19cm santoku knife.
