More of a santoku knife in shape than a European cook's knife, this neatly bridges the gap between the two styles. Its slightly deeper blade helps when scooping up chopped herbs and the like to add to your dish.
With a slightly deeper blade than the G-58, this G-57 16cm Global Chef's Knife can be used in place of or alongside a cook's knife or a utility knife. Global's Japanese heritage is successfully reinterpreted for the European cook.
