A great kit for users wanting to keep their knives in good condition. These dual sided stone has a rough stone for knives that are damaged or extremely blunt and a medium stone for putting a sharp edge onto the knife. The kit comes with a stone holder and two guide rails to set the angle of the sharpening.
Minosharp stones are ideally suited to high carbon Japanese knives, such as Global knives.
