Global are commemorating their 35th anniversary with a limited edition range of knives. The Global 35th Anniversary 13cm Santoku Knife is based on Global's Classic GS-35 Santoku knife and features the Global 35th Anniversary logo on the blade.
Perfectly sized for cutting small fruit and vegetables and adheres to the three ways of the Santoku - dicing, slicing and mincing. Made in Japan using Global's exclusive Cromova 18 high carbon stainless steel, the blade is sharpened to an acute 15° cutting edge ensuring that the blade stays sharper for longer. The handle of the Global 35th Anniversary 13cm Santoku Knife is hollow and filled with sand to provide the perfect balance. In addition to looking stunning, the smooth contours and seamless construction of the Global 35th Anniversary 13cm Santoku Knife prevents dirt and food from building up on the surface, giving greater hygiene.
