This Chilli Red Enamel Fondue Set is dishwasher safe and being made of cast iron you can heat it on the hob, under the grill or in the oven prior to popping it on the burner, but don't forget to use your oven gloves when lifting it! Cast iron is easy to use and economical to cook with: it distributes heat evenly, avoiding hot-spots and retains heat superbly so, once hot, can be kept hot with minimal heat. The base is covered in extremely smooth enamel, making it suitable for use on all types of hob including the smooth surfaces of ceramic and induction hobs. Suitable for oil, cheese and other sweet or savoury fondue cooking, it comes with 6 black wooden forks with coloured ends.
