Each knife is crafted from VG10 Damascus stainless steel, with a VG10 high-carbon core for a cutting edge with unrivalled sharpness. The core is encased in 67 layers of rust-resistant steel, denoted by a striking and unique blade pattern.

The ergonomic handles are formed from G10, a material made by layering fiberglass cloth, soaked in epoxy resin, then compressed and baked resulting in outstanding strength and beauty.

Millys Gourmet Damascus 67 layer VG10 knives are a new range of Damascus steel knives, containing 67 layers of premium high carbon steel. The blades have a unique patterned design which are corrosion resistant.

VG10 Damascus is one of the most premium steels in Japanese sword making.

Damascus steel is exceptionally tough and can reach a Rockwell hardness rating of up to 60+2 HRC. Furthermore, VG10 steel delivers one of the best edge retentions in the market.

25 year Knife Guarantee

All Millys Gourmet knives are fully guaranteed for 25 years against any manufacturing faults that arise from normal use of the knives.

Excluded from this cover are problems arising from improper use; dropping the knife onto a hard surface, use with frozen foods, improper washing and exposure to acidic substances or damp conditions. Breaks in the tips of the knives and chips in the blade are not covered by guarantee. Use of a dishwasher will void the guarantee on the knife.
