The Katana Saya Pakkawood Paring Knife 9cm is the smallest knife in the draw, although one of the most helpful. Excellent for peeling vegetables and the preparation of fruit. This paring knife is 9cm in length making it a small versatile knife for the little delicate jobs in the kitchen.

The blade has a 67 layers of VG-10 Damascus steel which offers exceptional toughness.
